With otiose bureaucracy & perverse democracy in western nations, the forces of suppression and misdirection of lawful remedies have permitted a lowering of standards that closes the gap between former opposing ideologies where de facto realities are merely labelled differently. Stifling dissent through unaccountable bodies deploying patronising remedial procedures & complaint rules that lead individuals through corridors of inflexible disciplines with an agenda of cant, sophistry, fallacious logic and disingenuous reasoning frustrates and confuses victims and injured parties. All this makes the ancient principles of retribution a far more plausible alternative to regulated ventilation of grievances in soundproofed corridors designed to obnubilate and deliver detriments to the norms of reasoned intelligence instead of remedies. This is the underlying causal process behind increasing community crime that apparently is unmotivated, because there is no proper alternative outlet for the consequential lividity arising from insults to instinct, common sense and intelligence.

Introduction.
Accidental and horrible death of sole parent, mother, chief of a children’s hospital in Romania, while at work, immediate theft of lawful inheritance by close relatives, denial of compensation & abrogation of duty of care by the state system, left this young girl suicidal. Application to marry takes a year, while both parties are closely checked out by security services in both countries. Marriage to an Englishman, timely emigration while there is denial of work to subsist for both young people with money running out and debts rising. After both finishing O and A levels and then taking two degrees each at University, a long climb back to some financial independence, disputes in a family business, young Romanian becomes a top London model, husband goes in to software writing and building a computer OEM business on his own in a race against time to gather the requisite belongings to responsibly have their first child very late in life.
Child reserved a Place at Eton College at birth, and early on shows musical ability. He becomes selected for a scholarship to be a chorister at St.Paul’s Cathedral School in London, rises musically with best singing grades as he leaves, and plays the great Organ in public on several occasions at the age of 12. At 13 he is awarded another scholarship at both Eton College and Harrow on the Hill. In his first year he wins the headmaster’s prize 1st in 150 boys, first Prize in Speech, Art, on the Piano and Organ against the first three years at school. Second year repeating his music first prizes. Awarded another scholarship at Cambridge University for Organ Music, but turns towards a chemistry Bsc where he is at present. Father falls on ill health, quits business and begins to take stock of the past 40 years of horrendous travails for which he has paid a heavy toll in loss of health with little to show for the work, while despite the boy’s scholarships, the loss of business brings them both financially lower again, but with the main project of the boy’s upbringing completed, both now return to the close re-inspection of what happened during the fateful years in Romania, while several legal cases had been launched from the UK early on, they had been interrupted by the upbringing of their son, and the immense support required to ensure he earned and fulfilled his scholarship obligations, leaving Harrow with two years continuous prizes for his house in Music. Having been driven by the forces of destiny since their first encounters, they both resolved to re-commence the quest for justice, partially requited by the former dictator of Romania with a personal intervention that won them the first part of their lawful and just claim restitution of inheritance. On the demise of the culprit who had stolen and hidden the young girl’s inheritance in 2003, the whereabouts of the stolen money came to light in a property currently situated at Strada Paciurea Nr 2 in Timisoara.
This fated couple re-opened the claim for the formerly stolen property. What was the most egregious and invidious thing to contemplate was that this couple had the wherewithal to marry and reside in Romania way back when they met in 1964, and the entire course of their lives had been altered as a result of several early catastrophes, including near death in Spital Colentina in Bucharest. that forged their futures in a way that had been totally avoidable while they were being pursued in both countries for determination of whether they were truly a young couple in love, or else some sinister spies out to abuse both host ideologies.
Realising the past forty years could have been totally otherwise, and having spent some ten years improving his advocacy in the British courts, against a serious decline on standards of etiquette, and judicial conduct by those who chose to make him or else become one of his adversaries, all the former education began to come in to play while this couple re-commenced studies, improving advocacy skills and finally no longer prepared to accept any insult to their intelligence whatsoever from any source. In pursuit of simple Justice, and at no time having sought financial gain in court, preferring Truth to Proof, Right to Might, Eloquence to Relinquence, and a preparedness to pursue an injustice at for the purpose of the experience and the learning it bequeathed on them. Having reached that age where what one is became more important than what one had, this particular claim commenced in the local courts of Timisoara, where they were told directly by the officials at the time, their case while clearly being true, and common enough in families, was one where the authorities merely wished to take their money and send them back without satisfaction, the final straw had been broken.
Observing and cataloguing the declarable wilful omissions, and negligence, comparing them with those experienced in the UK, it was apparent that along with the decline in the planet;’s integrity there was a concomitant and widespread decline on the health and integrity of individuals minds and bodies. The husband resolved that before he meets with his ultimate destiny, he shall expose what has been done, continues to be done, in Romania, Britain and Europe, and on finding the similarities of such negligence apparent in some of the new EU commissioners, so unacceptable that he will deploy the tools of his early youth, his two formal qualifications in logic, prior to his degrees, to unravel and help others unravel the twisted want of integrity in officials to be found in high places, perpetrating injustices while sowing confusion and doubts in the minds of weaker members of society, ill equipped to unravel sophistry, mendacity, cant, and fallacious logic.
